Rascoe Garage’s complete exhaust solution for the BMW E36 platform combines our handcrafted performance headers with our precision-built 3” exhaust system—engineered specifically for all 6-cylinder E36 models, including 325i, 328i, and M3 (M50, S50, M52, S52).
Both components are built in-house from premium 304 stainless steel, featuring TIG welds, mandrel-bent piping, and OEM-fitment geometry for a true bolt-on setup. The system connects directly to factory headers, and when paired with our own Rascoe Garage headers, it delivers exceptional exhaust flow, power gains, and an unmistakable tone.
Our headers use 1.75" primaries merging into a custom in-house–designed 2.5" collector for optimal consistency and top-end performance. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, nothing is outsourced—we machine our own flanges and fabricate our merge collectors to ensure perfect fitment and maximum durability.
Downstream, the 3” exhaust system uses V-band clamps for a leak-free, service-friendly installation and a Vibrant muffler that produces a deep, crisp, drone-free tone. The result is one of the most aggressive, refined, and responsive exhaust setups available for the E36 chassis—equally at home carving canyons or attacking the track.
Designed for performance and built to last, this system improves top-end flow and midrange torque, making it ideal for both street builds and dedicated track cars. All Rascoe Garage products are proudly made in the USA by E36 enthusiasts.
